2. Booking & Payment
- All room reservations must be confirmed with a valid payment (either partial deposit or full payment).
- Prices may vary depending on the room type, season, and length of stay.
- Bookings are only confirmed after you receive written or email confirmation from our team.
3. Check-in / Check-out
- Check-in: from 2:00 PM
- Check-out: before 12:00 PM
- Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and may incur additional fees.
4. Guest Responsibilities
By booking or staying at Itrane Sahara, guests agree to:
- Provide accurate personal and contact information.
- Respect other guests, staff members, and the local community.
- Keep the room and shared spaces clean and in good condition.
- Take responsibility for any damage caused intentionally or accidentally during their stay.
- Refrain from illegal, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior on the property.
5. Cancellation & Refunds
- Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the check-in date are eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours before check-in may result in a partial or full cancellation fee.
- No-shows (failure to arrive) are non-refundable.
- Refunds are processed through the same payment method used for the booking, unless otherwise agreed.
6. Pets & Smoking
- Pets: Allowed only upon prior request and confirmation.
- Smoking: Smoking is not permitted inside the rooms. Designated outdoor areas are available for smokers.
7. Safety & Security
At Itrane Sahara, we prioritize your safety and comfort.
However, the management is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.
Guests are encouraged to:
- Lock their rooms when unattended.
- Avoid leaving valuables in public areas.
- Follow all safety instructions provided by the staff, especially during excursions or desert activities.
8. Modifications to Terms
We may update or revise these Terms of Use from time to time without prior notice.
Continued use of the website or our services after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco.
Any disputes arising in connection with your stay or use of this website shall be settled by the competent courts of Errachidia, Morocco.
